Challenge Maroondah 2014

Commencing Monday 4 August 2014, this year's Challenge is built from our highly successful 'Amazing Challenge' which has rewarded participants year after year. Challenge 2014 encompasses two styles of entry - strength or fitness.

 Let us help you stay motivated and keep your training on track despite the cold.

Challenge Maroondah includes:
  • 3 group training sessions 
  • Specialised training plan, incorporating training program for Run Maroondah 2014*
  • Assessment at commencement and completion of challenge
  • Weekly motivational and nutritional handouts

Enter for strength or fitness:

Strength is based on getting stronger and building muscle. There will be cardio involved with this program to help shred body fat.

Fitness is more cardio based, training in preparation for Run Maroondah (Sunday 5 October) at the end of the challenge. There is a weights program that will focus on building lean muscle, which will help you improve your fitness and work well with your cardio training to lose the necessary weight.

*Run Maroondah - Sunday 5 October, 5km run/walk or 10km run at HE Parker and surrounds.
